Hello everyone! I am so incredibly excited to kick-start this new year with a project that has been close to my heart.

As we step into 2026, many of us are looking for ways to feel more grounded, peaceful, and resilient. That is why I am officially inviting you to join me for the Daily Mental Health Devotional Challenge.

What is the Challenge?

For every single day of 2026, we will explore the intersection of mental health education and a Biblical worldview. Our goal is to cultivate a deeper awareness of our emotional design while intentionally dedicating our hearts and minds to Christ.

What to Expect Every Day

Each daily post is crafted to be a short but impactful part of your routine. You can look forward to:

  • Educational Facts from a Biblical Worldview: We will look at mental health topics, such as how our brains process stress, the nature of emotions, and the importance of healthy boundaries, all while grounded in the truth of Scripture.
  • The Faith Connection: Reflecting on how God’s Word provides a foundation for understanding our mental and emotional well-being.
  • Reflection Questions: Gentle prompts to help you prayerfully consider your own journey.
  • A Daily Prayer: A guided moment to surrender our thoughts and feelings to the Lord.

Exclusive Resources for Subscribers

To help you go even deeper, I’m launching a monthly series of exclusive worksheets for our subscriber community. These include:

  • Journaling Prompts to foster self-awareness.
  • Reflection Exercises for spiritual and personal growth.
  • Educational Pamphlets on various mental wellness topics.

I Need Your Support!

Your support means the absolute world to me. This project is a labor of love, and I would be so incredibly grateful if you could help me grow this community!

To make this journey more impactful, I encourage you to build a circle of support. To start off this challenge, please invite 3–5 friends or family members to join you. Having a small group for mutual encouragement and accountability will help you stay consistent and provide a safe space to discuss what you’re learning.

Let’s Start This Journey Together

Wellness is not a journey we were meant to walk alone. By merging helpful educational tools with a Christ-centered perspective, we are making space for God to work in our minds and our spirits.

Are you ready to make 2026 a year of emotional and spiritual growth?
