Welcome to Think Like Christ Mental Health. By accessing this website, purchasing our products, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not scrape, crawl, or use our content to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Large Language Models (LLMs) without a written license.
  • Copyright Infringement: We will pursue legal action against any party that republishes our content without permission.

2. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Shipping

  • Recurring Subscriptions: By subscribing to the Think Like Christ Mental Health Mail Club, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee of $12.00. Your payment method will automatically be charged on the 11th of every month.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account or by emailing us. To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, you must cancel before your billing date on the 5th. Because of the nature of the products, we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been billed and processed.
  • Shipping Policy: To keep costs affordable, all Mail Club products are shipped via standard USPS First-Class letter mail without tracking numbers. Mailers are shipped on the 15th of each month and typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days. We are not liable for delays or lost items caused by the postal service.

3. User Conduct & Comment Policy We reserve the right to remove any comments that are defamatory, abusive, or constitute “medical spam.” You are prohibited from using this site to “harvest” email addresses.

4. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure Under no circumstances shall Think Like Christ Mental Health be liable for any damages arising from site downtime, server errors, or “Acts of God” (Force Majeure) that result in a loss of data or access.

5. Mandatory Arbitration & Venue (Oklahoma) Any dispute arising from these terms shall be settled through binding arbitration in the state of Oklahoma. You waive your right to a jury trial and agree that all legal proceedings shall take place in Oklahoma County, OK.

6. Severability If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.

7. Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Intellectual Property Infringement (DMCA Policy) Think Like Christ Mental Health respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material on this Website infringes upon any copyright that you own or control, you may file a notification of such infringement with our Designated Agent:
